Returns & Refunds Policy
At VO Smith Enterprises Pty Ltd, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and aim to provide a fair and transparent returns process for all customers.
Change of Mind Returns
You may request to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To initiate a return, you must notify us with a clear statement via email at:

Once approved, items must be returned in accordance with the conditions below.

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is not as described
Is not fit for its intended purpose
If the issue is major, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.
Refund Process
Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
You will not incur any additional fees for the refund
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return (including change of mind), items must:
Be purchased within the last 30 days
Be unused and in original condition
Be in the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalised items
Perishable goods or items with expired shelf life
Items opened after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g. grooming, skincare, oral products)
Items that have been used or are no longer in original condition
Items that have been mixed inseparably with other products after delivery
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Please email us at admin@vosmithenterprises.com to initiate a return.
Refunds will not be issued without:
Receiving the returned goods, or
Proof of successful return delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at:

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit once the return is processed
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
